I had a three day weekend thanks to the May bank holiday and it was a busy one.

On Saturday I went with my family to Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands. The showroom has a mix of classic and new cars and there’s a track and skid pad outside for driving experiences. Despite it being so close to where I live I hadn’t been before so we wandered around and had some drinks (my can of coke cost me £1.80!!).

I wouldn’t say no to the above one! And it’s a snip at £50k

After that we went to Gourmet Burger Kitchen, their burgers are so yummy. I had a cheeseburger cooked just how I like it, chips and a glass of rose.

On Sunday, I went for lunch with some friends I’ve known since our school days and we had a good catch up! I was full after my roast dinner and chocolate pudding!

Yesterday, I went shopping with my mum but I couldn’t find any clothes, all the shops have is beach stuff and as I’m not going to the beach that’s no good for me I did get a couple of bits for my room though …

The only downside is I’m exhausted! I can never sleep in late now, I long for my Uni days when I didn’t get up until 10am, now I’m awake when my alarm goes off in the week for work and rarely sleep past 7am, which sucks if I have a late night. Luckily, I took today off work and I’m going to chill out at home!
