Looking back

Thanks (!) to Surrey Gal for tagging me. She has passed on a tough task reviewing my blog posts so far! Phew, let’s get started ….

1. Most beautiful post …

https://littlemisseverything.wordpress.com/2011/03/22/a-parisian-affair/

Most of my posts are musings about life or fun snippets about my own world but I was proud of the photos I took in this one, which I think shows the best of Paris. Nicole said she wanted to frame one of the pics which made my day!

2. Most popular post …

https://littlemisseverything.wordpress.com/2011/02/18/butterflies/

This post was about my love for butterflies. It’s so popular because I include a photo of a purple moving butterfly and I get lots of Goggle searches for it ๐Ÿ™‚

3. Most controversial post …

https://littlemisseverything.wordpress.com/2011/04/04/americans-vs-brits/

This got people talking although I was pretty kind to both countries ๐Ÿ™‚ I loved hearing from lots of readers on this subject and the lovely Laura re-posted it as well! http://tinkerbelle86.wordpress.com/2011/04/05/americans-vs-brits-via-littlemisseverything/

4. Most helpful post …

https://littlemisseverything.wordpress.com/2011/05/17/single-ladies-put-your-hands-up/

The pros and cons of being single. Hopefully this was helpful to both single gals and coupled up ladies or just generally an amusing read ๐Ÿ™‚

5. A post whose success surprised me …

https://littlemisseverything.wordpress.com/2011/02/23/no-kissing-in-the-rain/

I wrote this short fun post on a miserable day in London annoyed about the rain and moaning about why films portray rain as romantic. They’ll be no kissing in the rain for me but it seems a fair few of you enjoyed reading about it!

6. A post that didn’t get the attention I felt it deserved …

https://littlemisseverything.wordpress.com/2011/03/02/paranormal-huntress-shh-dont-tell-anyone/

Okay this one was really difficult as it requires not being that modest so I picked a post I thought was fun and original. If I’m honest I wondered for a little bit whether it would be a Freshly Pressed but alas, I’m still waiting WordPress!

7. Post I’m most proud of …

https://littlemisseverything.wordpress.com/2011/07/11/inked/

Just because I’m proud of myself for actually getting a tatoo! I actually almost chose this for number 5 as I was really surprised by the number of comments I got – lots of you are tattoo fans!

Wow that was actually really hard!! But it’s nice to look back and be reminded why ….

Okay now I need to pick 5 bloggers to tag. Sorry to pass on this tough task to you guys but hey I had to do it ๐Ÿ™‚

1. Laura

2. Lisa

3. Hope

4. Danielle

5. Jenna

But please feel free to drop a link below to your favourite posts so we can all read them!

  1. That was a daunting task. You did it well. I always enjoy your blog so it would be hard to pick a best post for me. It would be interesting if there was a competition were other people selected the catagory winners for you and to see how different the results would be

  2. I like the idea of having your reader’s pick one. But alas, you leave the daunting task to me. Well, at least it gives me something to write about since I’m back in the blocked zone.

Your blog is awesome and you have many wonderful posts to be proud of.

  4. Beautiful Paris pictures.

Also, I LOVED reading your Americans vs. Brits post… I’m a foreigner here myself and always compare America with my Motherland, Russia…
