Today I wanted to share some super simple self-care tips for the year ahead. I feel like we all need self-care in our lives right now, to focus on our mental as well as our physical health, and to really look after ourselves as much as possible. Plus here in the UK, we are under a lockdown so you might also be looking at things to do to occupy your time at home in a positive way so I hope you’ll find some ideas here that might help you.
